Dazzle Promise Guidelines
To keep the program simple and effective:
- Membership is valid for one year and non-refundable.
- Discounts are applied only when treatment is paid in full on the same day.
- The plan is exclusively for those without dental insurance and services performed at Dazzle Dental.
- Invisalign treatments require active membership throughout the treatment period.
- Specialist referrals and treatments at hospitals are excluded.
